How do I create a The Crisp Company Account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Do you service my area?

We currently service the City of Dunwoody and surrounding areas including the City of Chamblee, the City of Sandy Springs, Peachtree Corners, and parts of Roswell. If you are outside of these areas please contact us from the contact page for a quote.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

With a standard cleaning you get a full service cleaning. We will clean up clutter and vacuum or dry mop floors as needed. We will mop and spot clean as needed. We will disinfect surfaces and deep clean if requested. Our level of service will speak for itself!

How much will it cost?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we provide all needed cleaning equipment and supplies for each visit. If you have a specific request outside of the listed add-on services please contact us for a quote.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can add special tasks when making an order that include the number of bathrooms, inside your fridge, inside your oven, deep cleaning of living spaces, inside of windows, or inside of cabinets from the booking page. If you need custom cleaning beyond these tasks please contact us directly on the contact page.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

Vouchers are provided as a referral bonus or a one-time promotion for new customers. Any future coupons can be applied using the promo code field during checkout.

I bought a voucher and Homejoy does not cover my area, what should I do?

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We have a strict no tolerance policy for our cleaning crews and have regular performance reviews to ensure the best possible team cleans your home.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Our credit card processors follow all PCI Data Security standards. We use SSL encryption on all transactions.
